2. About N3MH

N3MH — the National NGO Network for Mental Health — is a Philippine civil society network connecting organizations and practitioners across the mental, neurological, and substance use (MNS) and Community Support Ecosystem. N3MH is aligned with the Philippine Mental Health Act (RA 11036) and the PCMH Strategic Framework 2024–2028.

N3MH is powered and sponsored by One Algon Place Foundation, Inc. The network operates as a non-profit civil society initiative and does not provide clinical medical services directly.

3. Permitted Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes consistent with the mission of N3MH. Permitted uses include:

• Browsing information about N3MH's network, services, and membership tracks.
• Submitting membership applications and paying membership fees.
• Using the mental health screening tools for personal, non-clinical self-assessment purposes.
• Accessing the N3MH Provider Directory to find member organizations.
• Subscribing to the N3MH newsletter.
• Contacting N3MH through the official contact form.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Philippine law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, member portal, or administrative systems.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content through any form or communication channel on this site.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from this website without prior written consent from N3MH.
• Impersonate any person, organization, or N3MH representative.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the mental health screening tools as a substitute for professional clinical diagnosis or treatment.

5. Medical and Mental Health Disclaimer

The content on this website, including mental health screening tools (PHQ-9, GAD-7, AUDIT, CAGE, DAST-10, PCL-5), blog articles, resources, and service descriptions, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or professional mental health treatment.

Screening results are self-reported and are not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed mental health professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact the DOH Mental Health Hotline at 1553 or Hopeline at 8804-4673 immediately.

N3MH does not provide direct clinical services. The Provider Directory lists member organizations for informational purposes; inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement of any specific provider.

6. Membership Terms

Membership in N3MH is subject to the eligibility requirements and fees applicable to each membership track (Full Member, Associate Member, Grassroots Member). By submitting a membership application, you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Membership fees are processed through PayMongo and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by N3MH. N3MH reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms or the N3MH Code of Conduct.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.

7. Payments and Fees

Membership fees are collected through PayMongo, a licensed payment processor in the Philippines. By submitting a payment, you agree to PayMongo's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

N3MH does not store full payment card details. All payment data is encrypted and processed by PayMongo in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. In the event of a payment dispute, please contact us at the address below.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of N3MH or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission from N3MH, except for personal, non-commercial use or as permitted by applicable law.

The N3MH name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the network. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

9. Privacy
